PTA facility Project involves the completion of the remaining piping and electrical work for the STR-05 and STR-06 process units within the ISBL area.
Site mobilization for the project began on October 27.2023 , and was completed and Gemsan is demobilized on October 23,2024, after approximately completing 1.200.000 man-hours of work.
Scope of Services
The project scope included;
7.100 meters of process pipe installation,
20.000 WDI welding,
528 pieces of equipment installation,
22.500 meters of cable tray installation,
40.000 meters of power cable installation,
60.000 meters of instrument cable installation.
Following the completion of the mechanical installation work,867 test and 572 reinstatement packages were completed and handed over to the commissioning teams.
